Company & Pre-Competitive Submission Information Form:

Pre-Competitive: Please be sure to fill out and submit this form and submit your enrollment fee of $115. (This will be invoiced upon receipt of this form)

Company Submissions: Please be sure to fill this out and submit your dancer's 8x10 color headshot, have your account zeroed for the 23/24 season, and their resume and Top 5 Goals for the season statement! Resume's & statements may be emailed to: thepointepac@yahoo.com. We will invoice you for the $165 enrollment/submission fee upon form receipt. 

(Petite Company submissions, please see requirements, they are slightly different).

SUMMER TUITION:
Pre-Competitive Members (24 hours):

  • Payment with cash/check/direct deposit will receive a discount rate of: $450

  • Payment with credit card/debit card will receive a rate of: $495. Tuition can be purchased on the Class Pass page.

This is a total fee for the 8 week session. This fee may be divided into 2 payments "half in June/half in July" or paid in full by June 6th.

Petite Company Members (40 hours):

  • Payment with cash/check/direct deposit will receive a discount rate of: $550

  • Payment with credit card/debit card will receive a rate of: $605. Tuition can be purchased on the Class Pass page.

This is a total fee for the 8 week session. This fee may be divided into 2 payments "half in June/half in July" or paid in full by June 6th.

Company Members (48 hours):

  • Payment with cash/check/direct deposit will receive a discount rate of: $650

  • Payment with credit card/debit card will receive a rate of: $715. Tuition can be purchased on the Class Pass page.

Unlimited and/or Pre-Professional Students (80 hours required minimum, up to 96 hours available):

  • Payment with cash/check/direct deposit receives a discount rate of: $850

SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

  • Pre-Competitive students do not need anything but to submit this form and have a zeroed account from the 2023/2024 season. You will be invoiced for $115 for your enrollment fee for the upcoming year. We will be offering pre-competitive for two groups this year: ages 5-7 & ages 8-10.

  • Petite Company submissions are the same as the Mini/Jr/Teen/Sr except for the personal mission statement. Please see the list of requirements below. Petite Company is for ages 5-8 ONLY! 

  • Company submissions for Mini/Junior/Teen/Senior: Welcome to The Pointe PAC 2024-2025 season! This year we will be doing our Company Audition process through submissions and class observation throughout the 8 week summer sessions. Every dancer wishing to be invited to join our competition team must submit the following on or before June 1, 2024.

    • An 8x10 color headshot

    • A resume with a brief description of what your TOP 5 goals for the 24/25 season are.

    • Completion of this online form

    • A zeroed account from the 23/24 season

    • A $165 Submission/Audition fee/Enrollment fee

Each dancer will receive a fall schedule after completion of summer dance hours. Our fall schedule will begin on Monday, August 19, 2024. Students will be observed throughout the summer. We will be offering 8 weeks of training for the summer and summer hours & fees will be required regardless of outside training or events. Applicants will begin receiving acceptance emails after observations from the staff have been completed and submitted. 

Summer classes will be held for 8 weeks throughout the summer. Each dancer wishing to be a "Company" dancer will need to complete 48 hours of class during this 8 week period. Each dancer wishing to be a "Pre-Professional" dancer will need to complete a minimum of 80 hours of class during this 8 week period. The amount of hours taken for summer will reflect the amount of hours your dancer is considered for when choosing routines. Also keep in mind, the progress your dancer makes in the summer will be the BEST preparation for their success for the upcoming convention/competition season! 

SUMMER SCHEDULE:

Weekly summer classes will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for the weeks listed below: All Company hours will be billed through Quickbooks. Schedules will be available soon, visit the studio website for information updates. Classes will be offered Tuesday through Thursday 2:00-6:00pm. 96 hours of classes will be offered in these 8 weeks of classes.

Each dancer will be required to take a combination of classes for summer, we will have a checklist for each dancer with what their required hours are for each subject. Each dancer will also have room to take "classes of their choice" within the required hours so that they may utilize their summer to have some fun and take extra of the classes they may need to give more attention to.

REQUIRED STYLES:

Pre-Competitive Dancers:

  1. JAZZ (Jazz dances will compete at two local competitions, Company Showcase & Recital)

  2. TAP (Tap dances will compete at two local competitions, Company Showcase & Recital)

  3. BALLET (Ballet will perform in our end of year recital)

The three styles above will be required of each member for the 2024-2025 season. All classes/routines above will meet each week for one hour. 

Petite Company Dancers:

  1. JAZZ (This will be in house choreography & will be $175 per dancer due August 1st)

  2. LYRICAL (This will be in house choreography & will be $175 per dancer due August 1st)

  3. BALLET (This will be a technique & recital based class)

  4. ACRO/STRETCH (This is a cross-training and skills class only)

  5. PROGRESSIONS/TECHNIQUE (This is a cross-training and skills class only)

  6. TAP (This will be in house choreography & will be $175 per dancer due August 1st)

The classes above will be required of each member to compete for the 2024-2025 season. In the event your dancer does not make a certain style, your account will be adjusted accordingly. This is only in the event the staff feels they are not ready for the routines available. All classes/routines above will meet each week for one hour.

Company Dancers:

  1. JAZZ 

  2. CONTEMPORARY 

  3. HIP-HOP (This will be outside choreography and will be $350 per dancer due July 1st). *Choreography dates are set for: Ricky Maalouf Choreography, August 26th &27th, please mark your calendars!

  4. PRODUCTION/COMPANY LINE 

The four styles above will be required of each member to compete for the 2024-2025 season. In the event your dancer does not make a certain style, your account will be adjusted accordingly. This is only in the event the staff feels they are not ready for the routines available. It is not optional to be in a routine. All routines above will meet each week for one hour. In-house choreography will be $200 per dancer. Outside choreography will be $350 per dancer. Once the choreographers are determined for your dancers routines, you will be invoiced and notified of who your choreographer will be for each routine.
